If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

We’ll review your request and issue a replacement if eligible β€” no need to return the original item.

Approved replacements are reprinted and shipped within 3–5 business days.
